Applications for Athletes and Performers:
Most people agree that your ability to perform to your best is more about your state of mind than the condition of your body.
Kinesiology helps to show us how mental energy and emotions effect our entire body including the muscles, hormones,
nervous system and brain function.
Along with training the physical body for peak performance kinesiology can help you train your mind to deal with emotional stressors.

Do you experience any of the following?:

Do you lose integration and/or coordination when faced with a competition/performance or audition/interview situation?
Is your performance hindered by fear and anxiety?
Are you unsure of which direction to take to help you achieve your true potential?
Do you have trouble setting and achieving your goals and objectives?
Are you unsure about which path to take to help you achieve your goals?
Have you lost your motivation or love for your sport or activity?
Do you have problems relating to your coach/trainer?
Do you have issues with fellow competitors or team-mates?
Do you feel as though there is something holding you back from achieving your best?
Are you bored with the training process?
Do you make judgement or timing mistakes?
Do you think you over/under training?
Do you have trouble with rhythm or timing?
Do you have trouble remembering set plays, tactics, movement sequences?
Do you have trouble ‘Getting into the Zone’ or ‘Connecting to the team’?
